Browz is already open elsewhere, or the agent is unavailable
What to do when the app cannot start its local agent.
Only one Browz agent can use a data folder at a time. If another one is running, for example a second copy of Browz or a command-line agent, the app shows Browz is already open elsewhere.
- Choose Stop the other agent and open Browz. This closes any profiles that agent is running.
- Or close the other copy yourself and choose Try again.
- Agent unavailable means the agent stopped before it was ready, for example agent exited before printing its API token. Choose Try again. If it keeps failing, quit Browz, open it again, and export diagnostics as soon as it opens.
